You also need the following css files for datepicker to look right, which
comes with the 1.6rc4 download:

/themes/base/ui.core.css
/themes/base/ui.datepicker.css

Or if you plan to use more than one widget the following combination is
better:

/themes/base/ui.core.css
/themes/base/ui.allplugins.css
