Ignore the demo.html file in the TR zip file. In it's current form, it's not
a good demo/starting point, giving you only a static view.

The demos in the development bundle zip all point to the ui.theme.css in
themes/default via a relative url ../../themes/default/ui.all.css. So you
should be able to overwrite themes/default/ui.theme.css and view all the
live demos in your own theme.
