This is a known issue. May be partially fixed in trunk (in terms of being
able to re-drag) but the rest of the fix will be to have some css change
that maybe makes each handle half-width so they sort of glue together. If
your use case wouldn't allow for a range of less than one step value anyway,
you can always prevent that too
