Bastardizing the according code was not a long-term solution; it was
simply something that I was able to do with just a couple lines of
JavaScript.  I do appreciate the example code you posted, but though
it's only a dozen lines or so, that's still more than I want to be
retyping numerous times within my app.  I intended to copy
ui.accordian.css, rip out the things I didn't want, and alter the
things I did--that is, create new box-specific stiles, not just muck
about with the js code.

Bingo.  This is dead on.  It's functional, multi-use, and would
integrate with themeroller.  I love it.  Anyone presently working on
it, or is the incomplete state of its wiki page an indication of its
status?

Thanks for the answers. I'm sorry I missed that other thread; I wasn't
using the right search terms.
