I apologize. I was very low on sleep when I sent the first email, and 
forgot to include some required details.

This happens in every browser I have tested (FF 3|win / FF3|linux  / 
Chrome|Win / Safari|win / IE7|win / IE8|win / Opera9|win / Oprea9|linux).

The lists are not connected at all.

The problem occurs when attempting to move items within it's own list.
