I am having the same problem. I am running XP SP3 with IE7 and FF3.
After downloading a custom UI with IE the zip is invalid. I have
tried using winZip12 and XP's built in functionality. However if I
download using FF I can open the zip as long as the "Smoothness" theme
is not selected. Any ideas on what's going on?
