Hey guys,
i want to use open and close effects with dialogues but i dont know
how.
Now i am opening the dialogue simple using
$("body").append("<div id='dialogueWindow' class='flora' title='"+title
+"'>"+content+"</div>");
$("#dialogueWindow").dialog();
and i close it with the X button in a corner or my own button calling $
( "#dialogueWindow" ).dialog("close");
My question is: Can i use some hide function (explosion) and open
function (fadeIn) for the dialogue? I need to use the hide function
for my own close buttons and also the X right top corner button.
I am using JQuery UI 1.7.1
I tried:
$("#dialogueWindow").dialog({
hide: "explode"
});
but that doesnt seem to be working.
