The resize handle is still disappearing once I click on a tab for the second time (click on Tab 2 and then back to Tab 1 and you'll see what I mean). I tried both sets of code and they're exhibiting the same behavior:
http://imbunche.com/jquery/tabs/tabs-ajax-load.html I think those extra divs that are written to the .ui-tabs-panel to make it resizable (as in - <div class="ui-resizable-handle ui- resizable-s" unselectable="on" style="-moz-user-select: none;"/>) are getting wiped out once you click back to a Tab for the second time.
