I'm creating a modification of the carousel, and it works fine in FireFox and IE6 but not in Safari.
My modification is to use a sub-UL list under each li.item; I am interested in browsing a long list of links in an attractive way without cluttering the screen. The ul li and a links display as blocks. The problem is that Safari 3.2.1 does not display the yui-skin-sam controls; the widget expands across the screen completely, with the grey controls background displaying to the far right, beyond their containing CSS element, and does not adhere to the numVisible display control. Other than that, the li elements all look properly styled.
