I got the same kind of problem while sending my devs by mail to my employer : my messages where rejected. I should then compress my code in a zip and then put the zip in another one with a password ... that was the only solution to prevent the antivirus to read my code... Now, I put all on box.net, but I understand that's not a solution for your client ... no more idea, sorry,
