I've found the problem myself :-)
It seems that jQuery UI Tabs don't work in combination with "Smooth
Scrolling" Scripts, that are used to scroll smoothly to Hyperlinks
like #paragraph1.
I've deleted now the Scrolling Script and the Tabs are working fine :-)
