The jQuery UI themes are optimized for
body { font-size: 62.5%; }

which aligns 1.2em to 12px, 1.4em to 14px, etc. You can add the above rule
to your page, change your theme to use a different default font size (1em
instead of 1.1em) or override it

.ui-widget { font-size: 1em; }
