There are two tabs being shown, the first tab from #tabrow1 and the first tab from #tabrow2. Just because #tabrow2 isn't visible, doesn't mean it's not being shown. The first tabsshow event is probably from #tabrow1 and the second is from #tabrow2 (events bubble). You can check the event target to distinguish between the two.
