Steven that works great thank you .

I am using that and instead of sortable(serialize) I'm using
serializelist plug in  
http://www.botsko.net/blog/2009/01/jquery_serialize_list_plugin/
it creates  multidimensional array good and great right ?

Now I need it to include left and right values so I can update the
current data in mysql database anyone have any idea how I can do
that ?
