Ditto - same issue here. Note also that it's not just the immediate parent container where 'position: relative' causes this problem but it can be *anywhere* above the list in its container hierarchy. I tried adjusting the list's parent container position attributes, but if parents even above that are still set to 'relative' the problem remains.
Any updates on this issue yet, or do we know if the bug has been registered and is in process? Re-styling a site just to work around this is definitely not a great option.
