If you want to just have it go to a pager then you can email it... many
pager companies provide this service and all you need is java mail. If
your email server has a plugin for fax you get the fax taken care of
this way too. As for dialing a phone number I don't know of any Java
based stuff. There are some perl :( based things on CPAN.
