I have a JRun 3.01 server hooked to a Netscape Enterprise Server 3.6 on
Solaris 2.6 using JDK 1.3. When I setup an application
and turn off the application's Session Setting for "Use Session Cookies" it
doesn't work. The JMC page refreshes and tells me
the "Use Session Cookies" are off, however, I notice that the
local.properties file gets updated but the webapp.properties file
doesn't. In fact the webapp.properties file doesn't even exist. But more
importantly the purpose for turning of session cookies
is to be able to use URL encoding via the response.encodeURL() method. I
am running the JRun server and the web server
under root. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
