If this is your first time checking out qForms I think you will be very impressed with the functionality it offers as well as the complexities it abstracts (especially if you aren't a huge JS fan). Dan Switzer did an excellent job and continues to build on it (I think version 2.0 is in beta.. or coming out soon).
