|The problem is, that when doing
| channelSftp.stat("/C")
|the glob_remote operation translates this into
| channelSftp.stat("//C")
|which is invalid on cygwin-based (and other, e.g. VxWorks) Sftp servers.
I had found such an unexpected behavior and have already fixed it,
but it is first time to hear that it is really harmful for some sftp servers.
Anyway, next version will work well for such servers.
