With the landing party beamed safely back to the USS Protector, and the
recovered injured South Hampton crew transfered to sickbay the wait began. The
wait for the arrival Ramesar could begin.
The Special Operations room that was set up for the JSOC team began to fill
with it's members. Waiting for their arrival were Inspector Nash, Admiral
Bedru, Mr. Watson, and a ner person. The Protector's XO- aka the liason
officer for the ship.

After everyone had arrived, and the welcome back message from Nash was
complete, the newbie broke in.
"Inspector Nash, excuse me a moment." the Commander said handing a PADD to
the CinC, Civie in Charge. "Sickbay has a report on the autopsy you
requested."

The report was direct. The cause of death was an energy weapon, shot three
times. Two in the front, and one in the back. The pathologist theorized that
the shot in the back was non fatal, and only caused the fallen officer to
trip. The other two shots, in the front, landed when he stood and tried to
defend himself. There were other injuries as well. Blunt force trauma- aka
beatings with a blunt object. Again, nothing fatal, but enough to take a
toll. The officer was human, and identified as Lt. Commander Eduardo Ramirez-
Operations Manager, and exo-biologist, of the USS South Hampton.
