So yeah the tests may have @testy.no_verify('php') -- which means the
test isn't run for PHP. I would like testy to have a mode where it
prints the skipped tests... I think if you do --list now it will print
the tests it DOES run (see --help).
I know fairly little about PHP, so consulting the original author
might be useful for some things.
