Bret,
The same problem here. First I thought I was suppose to register the
jsonar_x64.dll getting the same message you get. After a while I gave up on
that and just register the 32 bigt version.

Subject: Re: [Jsonar] Problem With Jsonar R1165 Installation

  Hi,

Yes, I have exactly the same problem installing the same version or the
scripts with the same version of Sonar producer edition. I am installing
on Windows 7 64Bit. This is a new hard drive that has never had another
version of sonar or the scripts installed. I had know trouble installing
HotSpotClicker.

I had UAC disabled prior to installing Sonar or JSonar. I used the exe
file to install the scripts and also downloaded the zip file and used
the notepad method to register the jsonar.dll file. This did register
successfully. Are we also suppose to register the jsonar_x64.dll? If so
I get an error stating that the side by side configuration is incorrect.

I have tried disabling Vipre anti-virus uninstalling JSonar and sonar
itself, then reinstalling with the anti-virus disabled, but still get
the same symptoms. Every time I launch Sonar, I am asked to run the
JSonar installer, as soon as I launch it, I am told there are 0 tracks
and to run the JSonar installer again.

I am now stumped! Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted.

Many thanks,
Brett.
