My first question, Who would EVER (or would have the money to) pay a regular price ticket for their instruments? Sounds kind of goofy, but (just maybe), somebody never thought before they started on the whole project? I don't think I would pay on average:
$300 for a bag of cords and a guitar stand $300 for a guitar $300 for a mixer $300 for a keyboard $300 for extra supplies $300 for each member of the band (2 members) This would total $2100 just to get me to the next major city )about 350 miles away). If the people even let us take that much with us even. We have a hard enough time taking the bus. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Chris Smart Sent: Friday, July 30, 2010 9:06 PM To: [email protected] Cc: [email protected]; [email protected] Subject: [Jsonar] Carrying Instruments on Airplanes > From The American Federation Of Musicians (AFM) > >Carrying Instruments on Airplanes > >Musicians constantly face difficulty traveling with their >instrument.
