  1. Can I make tempo change gradually? Thus, accelerando and ritardando? I
know sighted people drags graphic line to increase and decrease tempo. Must
we blind change tempo marks beat by beat instead?

Phil replied: you can increase/decrease tempo in Sonar by selecting all of
the tracks in a project from a start and end point. you then can tell Sonar
the start tempo and the tempo where you want to increase/decrease too.

  2. I have both Garritan Personal Orchestra 4 and Native Instrument
Komplete 6 (which contains Kontakt 4). Both of them have very good
orchestral sounds, but GPO has a very inaccessible gui,

Phil replied: if you're using Garritan_Personal_Orchestra_4.02and then, you
can click on the dash cymbal in the plug-in Window with you're jaws cursor
and load up various banks/sounds.

Phil replied: don't use that here so, can't comment on it.

Haipeng wrote: perhaps the same. but can I use midi keyboard and/or Sonar to
choose their instruments instead? What sampling packages do you use?

Phil replied: use Superior Drummer here for drums and SFZ for samples.
