No, in that case, if you have sonar8.5, matrix view would probably be best, as the loops/samples will follow sonar's tempo. I haven't finished putting my own daw together, been bz with a bunch of other things, primarily building daws for other folks, and since i can't really make much noise here i haven't messed too much with it, but after i move and get the studio setup and running again i'll post some stuff. I can use sfz and then convert to a native vs3 library which i then use on 1 instance of VSampler, i can assign up to 16 different channels for each library with multiple instruments etc. That's how i create my hip hop libraries.
