Sure is. It doesn't have any other line outs. Actually, both in the users
manual and on the keyboard itself, it says in print above the jack
"phones/stereo out". The only other plugs are from left to right: power,
phones/stereo out, sustain pedal, midi in, midi out. I am forced to be stuck
with the phones/line out. Like I said originally, it is a Yamaha PSR 450.
Probably a prehistoric beast at best :). I thought the book said it had a
USB connection on it, but I can't find one anywhere (unless it is covered
and I'm missing it somewhere). Any ideas on the settings in sonar/delta lt
to help fix the problem?

As DJX said, you don't want to use those XLR ins on the M-audio. 
But, I'm surprised your Yamaha keyboard doesn't have left and right 
outputs.  Is that a headphone jack you're plugging into with the 
single male stereo connector?
