Problem with the 1010 and 1010LT is the newer 6.2 drivers aren't accessible
for JAWS. Would be fine, but they forgot to put in the stuff that makes JAWS
see standard windows controls. So, bad or not, we are stuck with the older
5.1 drivers (unless somone has another idea).

The first thing you need to do is find the correct drivers and install 
them.  I got an internal 24/96 pci card and the supplied drivers were 
out of date.  I tracked down a more recent version on the m-audio website.
