[Jsonar] dimension pro

I forgot to mension that I can only play octaves 2-6 no octave 1 
and 7. I have an 88 key workstation/synth, and I want all the 
keys to play properly. Can this be done? I htink I changed 
something in MIDI devices which has causecd this. Please help
