I'm not sure, but I use 8.5 producer on a win 7 64 bit machine, 
and it seems to work fine. I think your plug-ins will be fine, 
but I'm not sure. Is the waves stuff even accessible?  Are the 
other spectrasonics things accessible besides Omnisphere and 
Trilian?
