I'm using an acer computer with an i5 processor, 6gb of ram, 1tb 
harddrive, win 7 64 bit home premium, an audiophile 2496 
soundcard, into which I have plugged my motif xs via midi and two 
m-udioactive studio monitors via the rca cables. This issue also 
occured on my previous xp machine.
What can I do to prevent it?
