Hi. Yep, tried that, no luck. When I choose the load button from the list of commands, it says the window may be obscured or disabled, hot spot failed. But, when I have my neighbor look, he says nothing is in the way and the hot spot commands don't appear to be doing anything at all. Even the utilities menu command does nothing.
Meanwhile, all my other hsc sets work fine, I updated the key map, and the authorization was successful. Any other suggestions? It seems like others are using Omnisphere without a hitch...
