I never installed the 32-bit version, just the 64-bit version. what is the
reason for also installing the 32-bit version...Are there plug-ins that may
not work in the 64-bit system or is there some other reason?

Thanks.

Been running Windows 7 64bit here for quite a while. I have both the 32bit
and 64bit version of Sonar installed side by side and that works great.

Subject: [Jsonar] Windows 7 64 bit vs 32 bit

Hi all,
I know that this is a little off topic, but I know that some of you on this
list are using Windows 7 64 bit, and I have a few questions.
Is it really worth upgrading from 32 bit do you notice any speed
differences?
Do you also need to purchase some 64 bit version of Sonar or does the 8.5
support 64 bit as well?
I have heared people switching back to 32 bit version of Windows due to
compability issues.
Any comments on this?
Many thanks,
Christian
