Hi, select your data by pressing f9 at the start point from where you
want to delete, and f10 at the end point. Then press ctrl+x to cut
ensuring that the checbox "events in tracks" is checked, and press enter
on "ok".

Well there's a lot of extraneous stuff in there that I want to get rid
of. I understand you can edit stuff in sonar, delete things you don't
want in the file. How do I do it? How do I select the bits of stuff
between songs that I don't want in my file?
