[Jsonar] Scrub mode

Hi, I don't know why I can't activate the scrub mode in sonar. When I 
press ctrl+b Jaws says Scrub mode on, but when I release control it says 
scrub mode off. I've tryed to press control+b and without releasing the 
ctrl pres space to start play, and ever without releasing ctrl the 
cursor keys right and left, but it doesn't scrub.

What can I do?
