The spec says that the server will automatically recompile JSP pages when they have changed since the last access. I presume this holds true for server-side include's as well. The spec doesn't address this specifically so I ask, to what depth will the server recompile included JSP pages? With the (beta) server I am using, only the first level is compiled. I believe this is incorrect and that all levels should be compiled.
