this won't work on Sun's JSP 1.0 implementation
because it will generate
response.setContentType("text/html");
response.println("");
response.setContentType("text/html;charset=Big5");
and the charactor in page file wont process correctly
Anyway, I dont care whether the Sun's reference implment handle this
properly(they
always don't). My major question is "where is the standard definition" ?
I don't like page encoding support become different on every servlet engine
