The web server _is_ JspRef092; at least for the sake
of this discussion.

Most dynamic sites also server up static content.
The issue that I raised is that regardless of the
nature of the content, dynamic or static, the
jdk1.1.x will leave file descriptors open when
you interrupt the JspRef092, regardless of what
it's delivering to you client. E.g. even it's
as simple as static content.

Morale of the story:  move to jdk1.2.1 if your
even ~thinking~ of doing more than development.
Like say demoing your site to friends, family,
or even just investors ;^) ... you wouldn't
want to seen an "500 Internal Server Error"
in the middle of an important demo!
