Hi All,

Over the last few days I have been evaluating moving our development
environment from jswdk1.0-ea2 to jswdk1.0-final (Win NT) and grappling
with the new XML config file (which I think IS a good thing...I think).

Despite comments in webserver.xml file indicating that the document base
for web apps can be an absolute path, I have not been able to set one up
that worked. I have tried various versions of an absolute DOS path:

<WebApplication id="ccr" mapping="/ccr" docBase="c:\webpages\ccr"/>
<WebApplication id="ccr" mapping="/ccr" docBase="c:\\webpages\\ccr"/>
<WebApplication id="ccr" mapping="/ccr" docBase="c:/webpages/ccr"/>

I think I have the actual directory setup ok with web-inf, because if a
use a relative path like :

<WebApplication id="ccr" mapping="/ccr" docBase="../.../webpages/ccr"/>

its fine....has anyone else out there been able to do this, and if so,
what syntax did you use ?

Thanks

Drew Cox
