Is there a way for a Servlet / JSP to determine the local time of the
person visiting the website. I know I can get the time from the Server,
but what I'm interested in is the time at the client location (which is
going to vary as their are worldwide visitors). Is there any
information in the HTTP request that can shed light (GMT offset, ...) on
the local time of the user (browser) visiting a webserver?

This is actually for several servers, so assume I don't have control of
the webcontent.
