Looks like you are trying to forward to another page after you have written
content. You can't do that as the response headers have already been
written.
If you are going to use forwards like that (instead of using the
round-trip-clunky META REFRESH tag) and you aren't going to use buffering
then you can't have any content before the forwarding code.
It looks from that error message as if the page you are forwarding to
(assuming users_add_test.jsp is the forwarded-to page) has some forward code
at the bottom of the page.

Hello Everyone,
I have a peculiar problem,when i forward a jsp page to another page it
displays the content of that otherpage as well with a error message from
JRUN server...(But its not affecting the functionality!!!!).I dont want to
display any error message on my page,but eventhough I commented out all
out.println statements...its giving the same error message.
Anyone is there to help me out???
