Hmmmn, it would seem that maybe there is a problem in the version of JSWDK
that you are using?
Is there a later version available?
You could try another servlet engine - eg JRUN, which is free for
development/non-commercial purposes.
Do you /have/ to get it working without the use of cookies?
If you assume cookies are always turned on in the browser, you then don't
need to encode the urls.
