hi,
  This problem might be due to proxy setting in ur browser. If its there
disable the proxy setting use the 'Direct Connection to Internet option
in 'Control Panel >> Internet Option' or if ur using NetScape as a
browser then goto edit menu>>preferances in that change the option to
direct connection to Internet.
  Hope this will solve ur problem
