The following test to see if there is anything to
report and if not displays a back button and text.
The button shows up fine in IE but not in Netscape 4.0
and I can't figure out why.

<%
    if (usageReport.getNumberOfRows() == 0) {
        out.println("<BODY>");
        out.println("<CENTER>");
        out.println("<TABLE BORDER='0' WIDTH='100%'
>");
        out.println("<TR>");
        out.println("<TD BGCOLOR='#CCCCCC' ><FONT
SIZE=-1>Item Usage Report</FONT></TD>");
        out.println("</TR>");
        out.println("</TABLE>");
        out.println("<BR><BR><BR><BR>");
        out.println("<INPUT type=\"button\"
name=\"back\" value=\"Back\" onClick=\"backBtn()\">");
        out.println("<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>");
        out.println("<B>No items found that match the
search parameters.</B>");
        out.println("</CENTER></BODY></HTML>");
        return;
    }
%>
