From: "Fred Durham" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, on 5/10/00 3:11 PM:

Our company (CafePress.com) has successfully converted from ASP to 100%
Java/JSP for our Web site. We're now trying to find additional smart people
who can code Java/JSP based Web sites, and having a difficult time finding
people!

Clearly we're not looking in the right places. Anyone here have any
suggestions on other sites, Job sites, Java/JSP Web sites, mailing lists, or
any other resources where a company can find good people, or similarly,
where good people in the Java field would look if they were looking for a
job?

We're clearly looking under the wrong rocks! :) Any help pointing out good
places to search would be appreciated!

Many thanks,

-Fred Durham
