Hello,

At the beginning was the verb..
...then came the JDK (Java Development Kit)
...then came the JSDK (Java Servlet Dev Kit) when the Servlet API appeared
...thenb came the JWSDK (a reference implemantation, so a JSDK with a basic
Webserver and some stuff)

.. then came Jakarta wich is the actual version of both the JSDK (tofday
nammed Servlet API) and JWSDK (today named somehaow..) Tomcat

Say in another way

JSWDK is the old name of the Java Servlet /JSP reference implementation
To day it is replaced by Tomcat (http://jakarta.apache.org) so forget about
JSWDK
By the way this a nothing to do with Java Web Server that was a ... Java
Web Server from SUN and discontinued when Sun bought the server part of
Netscape.
