I hope you can use Alier's home site for your development which is a
tool which can highlight the different syntax of the java, html etc.
But you can also use a software called Pramati which is downloadable at
http://pramati.com  its an evaluation copy but you can live with it.  You may
also try drumbeet 2000 which is also available at the alier's site.  Its again
an evaluation copy.  I have not used it extensively but i feel it can serve
the purpose.
