There is a great book, a very thin green book that our team uses as a basis
for our standards with some small modifications. The book is "Elements of
Java Style". Scott Ambler is one of the major contributors and he has some
documents on his web site (ambysoft.com?) on this subject.

Just FYI, you could find plenty of info by just opening a browser search
engine and searching on keywords 'java' and 'style'.
