Hi ,
     I do know how to do with getParameterValues, but what should i
write in set method of bean code, so that the setproperty tag of jsp
would put the values automatically into the bean.
Thanking in advance
john.

Subject: Re: how to use setproperty for multiple selection

Hi John,
I use the following code in my servlet.

public String[] financierIDs;
financierIDs = req.getParameterValues("financierID"); //financierID is
a
multiple select list box

String financierID;
sql = "insert into OfferFinancier(OfferID, FinancierID ) values
("+offerID+",";
String endSql = ")";
if( financierIDs != null && financierIDs.length > 0){
        for(int i=0; i<financierIDs.length; i++){
                if(financierIDs[i] != null && !financierIDs[i].equals
(""))
                da.Insert(sql + financierIDs[i] + endSql);
                }
        }

hope this helps
regards
Nagaraj.
