I often faced with the nusance that for example to use JspWriter or
DefaultHandler or XMLReader which library I should import. I often have to
scan throw multiple API of different vendor to locate the library the class
file is in before I can put in the import statement. Is a a site that accept
an input of the name of a class file e.g. DefaultHandler and tell me the
library e.g. org.xml.helper
