That's the way it's supposed to work, since the Reply-To is set to the list
address. If you want to send a reply to only one specific user, change the
mail address to the user's mail address.

There's a problem with a bouncing mail right now. That may be what you
have seen. I have told Sun about it and I know they are trying to fix
it.
